A Return to Fiscal Discipline is Key to Carmel’s Future
As you decide who will lead our city during this crucial time, I want to share my ambitious vision to make Carmel a city that works for everyone.
We must strengthen our fiscal health, while continuing to provide services, amenities and a robust public safety apparatus. We have to turn the focus back to the neighborhoods and small businesses upon which the city was built.

A mayor cannot just think about today. A mayor must have the vision and strength of character to think about our children and grandchildren. As debt and spending increase, taxes will eventually and undoubtedly have to follow.

Small businesses are the engine that drive Carmel, and they deserve more respect than they are getting under the current city administration. As a Hamilton County Councilor, I am privileged to hear the stories of everyday residents waking up at the crack of dawn to pursue their own version of the American Dream.
